Key requirements:
- Background in Luxury Retail (Luxury Beauty is a plus)
- 10+ years experience and a solid track record in retail performance, training and education
- Demonstrated experience setting training strategies that are aligned with business objectives
- Ability to lead market retail education strategy while fostering retail performance
- Strategic with excellent leadership skills and management vision
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the market retail education strategy and manage a team to deliver the global retail education programs
- Develop a local training strategy through blended learning approaches (in-class, remote & digital) to achieve learning and performance goals
- Establish a key partnership with retailers training departments
- Being a true business partner while optimising budgets and KPIs
