Boutique Manager

Our client is one of the Luxury Retail Brands in Middle East, are looking to hire a Boutique Manager, reporting directly to Area Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity as the client can offer great work culture, career path, and a dynamic environment.

Job description:

• Drive and maximize sales performance of the team to achieve the brand's overall sales budget objectives
• Actively contributes and assists in developing strategies in collaboration with the Area Manager to increase store traffic
• Generates & analyzes sales reports and liaise with Brand Management and Merchandising teams to maximize stock potential
• Develops strong working relationships with all store personnel, including all cross department management teams

Key requirements:

• Coming from a background in Retail (Must have Luxury Goods & Jewellery segment experience)
• Solid experience in sales/revenue management, store display, and internal operational functions
• Business development mindset, proactive, and collaborative
