About the role: A global information services provider is looking for a Sales Director in Dubai to help grow their business in the MENA region.
- Drafting and implementing a financial data sales strategy in your assigned territory/area, liaising with the necessary internal stakeholders where required.
Driving new business sales across the region through Direct client engagement – including identifying new prospects, initial engagement and sales negotiations.
Working closely with Sales Directors to build a consistent sales approach for products for existing customers.
Growing the sales pipeline and increase the pipeline conversion rate (specific targets will be confirmed).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
Proven track record in developing new business and growing revenue streams.
Multi-level selling skills and experience dealing across global financial institutions required.
Solid understanding of Capital markets workflow (risk management requirements in strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification / quantitative modelling processes).
Significant, demonstrable success in solutions sales.
