About the role: A leading Dubai based company in the security/risk sector is looking for an Account Manager to help grow their revenue within exisiting client base.
Working as a business partner to our clients, ensuring regular meetings and reviews to understand the client’s needs and the SLAs are being met.
Work with the Delivery team, Sales team and operations team to ensure first class service delivery is maintained with all clients.
Management and ownership of regular client feedback (Monthly, Quarterly) on all aspects of service delivery activities.
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Line Management department to provide best solutions.
Up selling to existing clients and build a solid relationship with the client’s staff and senior members.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in B2B or B2G in a multinational environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, or a related field is required.
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task.
Requires excellent written and verbal communications in both Arabic and English.
