About the role: A multi-national technology company in Dubai is looking for a Head of Sales to cover the Saudi Arabia market.
Responsible for the business strategies for sales and business development to maintain and expand accounts in Saudi Arabia.
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Present a budget for board approval and prudently manage resources within those budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Presents monthly reports on performance as expected by the Global Head of Sales along with developing and presenting on matters requiring a decision.
- A proven track record of managing the Saudi market specifically the government sector and large corporates.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales with 6+ years managing a sales/account management teams.
Extensive experience with RFP’s (with a proven track-record).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English with attention to detail.
Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of supervisory levels and departments.
