Your primary responsibility involves collection, analysis, reporting and interpretation of employee data from various group companies to uncover trends and insights.
You'll effectively communicate these findings to stakeholders across HR and throughout the organisation. The role’s focus will heavily be on creating a baseline for group HR reporting first after which more analysis will become possible. Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, ESG and other stakeholders you will play a pivotal role in enhancing people-related strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal HR Reporting & Analytics Associate will bring a wealth of experience in HR data management or a related field. You will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data management software and tools is essential, as is demonstrable experience maintaining and structuring complex data sets. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders across HR and throughout the organisation.
