Compliance Manager (Arabic Speaking)

An excellent opportunity is available with a leading Banking group in Dubai who are expanding their team and seek an Arabic Speaking Compliance Manager, reporting to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Country Manager take ownership of all compliance related duties
• Develop, review, update and improve the compliance management policies, policies, procedures and manuals
• Prepare compliance related reports as required internally and externally
• Perform and/or review regular compliance monitoring and reporting
• Working on ad hoc tasks as assigned by Country Manager

The Compliance Manager will hold a Bachelor's degree or above and have comprehensive experience in Compliance management. You will have strong knowledge of local banking rules and regulations and implementing the Head Office compliance management culture and policies, and the industry best practice. You will have a strong motivation to maintain an effective compliance framework in a newly-setup branch. You will be fluent in both Arabic and English to facilitate translation with HQ.
