Real Estate Fund Senior Manager

To direct and manage the real estate fund to achieve profitable returns for investors while minimizing risks through the development of effective investment strategies, managing the listed properties in the fund, and maintaining continuous communication with investors

1. Fund Management:

• Develop and implement investment strategies aimed at maximizing the value of the fund.
• Monitor fund performance and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.

• Source, evaluate, and develop real estate investment opportunities and conduct financial and technical analyses of target properties.
• Negotiate terms of real estate contracts and related deals.
• Manage existing properties within the fund to ensure maximum returns.

3. Performance and Risk Analysis:

• Analyse the real estate market and track economic and property trends.
• Assess risks associated with real estate investments and develop plans to mitigate them.

4. Communication and Relationships:

• Maintain strong relationships with current investors and work to attract new investors.
• Provide regular reports to investors on fund performance and future projections.

5. Financial Management:

• Prepare the fund's budgets and financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flows and ensure efficient use of financial resources.

6. Compliance and Regulation:
