Credit Administration Senior Officer (UAE National)

An excellent opportunity is available with an established banking organisation in the Dubai office based in Deira for a Credit Administration Senior Officer to administer and record lending documentation, limit monitoring, post disbursement compliance, collateral management and exception reporting. Please note only UAE National Family Book candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procedures: Strictly adhere to published CCU procedures. Suggest improvements to existing process and procedures.
  • Policy Implementation: Apply the internal policies, external regulations
  • Documentation: Prepare and/or review loan documentation, ensuring approval terms and conditions, covenants are captured clearly.
  • Infrastructure and systems: Ensure competence use of all credit control systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports and MIS on a daily, monthly quarterly and annual basis.
  • Database Management and Library: Ensure all information is maintained on a database and documents are effectively filed.
  • Collateral and Assignments: Document, input and monitor collateral and assignments.
  • Credit Limits: Input and check limits and key terms accurately. Reconcile with the end-of-day reports.

The Successful candidate will posses strong credit administration experience ideally within a banking institution. You will have experience of report preparation and MIS Management, be an expert user of Excel and be a proficient user of IT and databases with strong credit skills and ability to understand legal documents.
