Risk Manager (Arabic Speaking)

An excellent opportunity is available with a leading Banking group in Dubai who are expanding their team and seek an Arabic Speaking Risk Manager, reporting to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Country Manager develop, review, update and improve the risk management policies, policies, procedures and manuals
• Prepare risk-related reports, portfolio report, quarterly risk assessment report, country risk report
• Perform and/or review regular risk indicators monitoring, reporting and program developing
• Working on ad hoc tasks as assigned by Country Manager
• Take ownership on Operational Risk Management duties
• Take ownership on Market and Liquidity Risk Management duties

The Risk Manager will hold a Bachelor's degree or above and have comprehensive experience in risk management. You will have strong knowledge of local banking rules and regulations and implementing the Head Office risk management culture and policies, and the industry best practice. You will have a strong motivation to maintain an effective second line of defence for risk management in a newly-setup branch. You will be fluent in both Arabic and English to facilitate translation with HQ.
