A leading organisation in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled Rewards Manager to join their dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a holistic total rewards strategy, integrating compensation, benefits, and career development.
  • Implement compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business units.
  • Guide job evaluations and maintain alignment with the organisational grading system.
  • Oversee the implementation of compensation structures, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Innovate and manage benefits portfolios to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Lead salary reviews, merit increment processes, and utilise analytic for competitive rewards positioning.
  • Create and update policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to effectively communicate rewards programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyse compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, reward practices, and compensation structures.
  • Proficiency with compensation and data analytic software/tools.
