HR Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to focus on the efficient management of HR operations within our clients Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Focus on optimising HR operations within Dubai, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding. Provide support to managers with recruitment-related inquiries and needs.
- Digitisation of HR Records: Lead efforts to digitalise HR records, ensuring data is managed effectively and securely.
- Data Reporting: Produce unit-wide reports using Excel and other tools to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.
- Psychometric Assessments: Handle the administration of psychometric assessments to support recruitment and development processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and people management, with a strong understanding of HR operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and data reporting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor a team of junior staff.
- Local Experience: Demonstrated experience working within the Dubai market, with knowledge of local labour laws and HR practices.
