Head of People Culture (UAE National)
We are seeking a People Culture Strategy & Engagement Lead to champion and embed our clients organisational values, mission, and vision across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Development and Strategy

Design, implement, and evolve culture strategies that reinforce the organisation's identity and align with its mission and vision.

Monitor industry trends and gather employee feedback to continuously refine culture initiatives.

Ensure cultural practices are embedded across teams and functions, promoting a consistent organisational identity.
Employee Engagement and Experience

Lead initiatives and programs that drive employee engagement, foster connection, and build a sense of belonging.

Partner with leadership to recognise and celebrate cultural and organisational milestones.

Utilise employee feedback and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Brand Identity and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)

Collaborate with internal communications and talent acquisition to ensure internal culture is aligned with external brand messaging.

Develop and promote a compelling EVP that attracts top talent and authentically reflects the employee experience.
Team Coaching and Leadership Enablement

Partner with HR and leadership to coach and develop people managers, empowering them to lead culture-building within their teams.

Facilitate workshops and provide tools that support leaders in cultivating a values-driven environment.
Culture Events and Recognition

Plan and execute culture-building events, celebrations, and recognition programs that reflect organisational values.

Coordinate initiatives that bring employees together, reinforcing a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in culture, employee engagement, organisational development, or internal communications.

Proven ability to design and deliver impactful cultural and engagement programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing at all levels.

Experience with employer branding and internal communications is a plus.

Passionate about people, culture, and driving positive change.
