Talent Acquistion Lead (UAE National)

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to champion our clients Emiratization efforts across a diverse and dynamic group. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition for UAE Nationals and contribute to impactful workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute recruitment strategies for UAE National roles.
• Build robust talent pipelines through partnerships with educational institutions and government bodies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Emiratization goals with broader workforce planning.
• Develop comprehensive reports on Emiratization metrics, ensuring compliance and strategic insights.
• Support the Compensation & Benefits team with UAE pension registration processes.
• Engage in university and government employment events to strengthen talent networks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher; HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Emiratization.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, sourcing, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with NAFIS and GPSSA regulations.
