Talent Acquisition Specialist - UAE National

We are currently partnered with a Governmental business in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. *** This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a family book

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and maintain strong agency partnerships.
  • Draft job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each role.
  • Screen and assess candidates via CV reviews, interviews, and pre-interview assessments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling, documentation, and approvals.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and employee documentation.
  • Conduct interviews across various levels – from junior to executive – ensuring a strong cultural and capability fit.
  • Provide candidates with guidance on corporate benefits and organizational culture.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in end to end recruitment processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple roles at once.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and HR documentation best practices.
  • UAE National with family book
