An exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer – AI Automation to help shape a next-gen AI-powered ERP system. This role involves designing, training, and deploying self-learning AI agents that integrate seamlessly into business ecosystems.

As a Software Engineer – AI Automation, you will design, train, and deploy self-learning AI agents to automate tasks across finance, HR, sales, and operations. Your role includes enhancing AI decision-making with LLMs, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering, integrating agents into ERP systems, and connecting them with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. You’ll also explore new AI frameworks and develop models that learn, adapt, and improve productivity over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agents for automation across business functions
• Implement LLMs, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering
• Integrate AI into ERP systems, APIs, and databases
• Research AI frameworks and multi-agent collaboration strategies
• Build adaptive AI models to enhance long-term productivity

Key requirements:

• Expertise in LLMs, NLP, transformers, and AI agent frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and AI tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain, and AutoGPT
• Experience with cloud AI deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world business automation solutions
