Senior Product Manager (PropTech | Digital Experience)

A fast-growing, well-funded digital platform in the UAE is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of a core product line within the real estate technology (PropTech) space. This is a confidential search for a strategic, hands-on product leader who can take full ownership and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the development of digital products that simplify, enhance, and digitize the property search and transaction experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to launch and scale impactful features.
• Analyze user behaviour and product performance to iterate quickly and optimize outcomes.
• Drive execution from concept to delivery, with clear metrics and accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in the property technology / PropTech sector.
• Proven track record of leading digital products end-to-end in consumer-facing environments.
• Strong user-centric mindset, with ability to translate insights into scalable product solutions.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
