Partner Manager / Channel Manager - Technology

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with the Indirect Channel. This role will drive sales and marketing strategies, identify and convert leads, and contribute to achieving revenue goals and business growth. The Partner Manager will act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while representing partner needs and goals within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Planning & Organisation
  • Review major deliverables to ensure quality and expectations are met
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Appoint and onboard partners in the region
  • Support partners’ performance improvement and territory expansion
  • Negotiate proposals and manage retailer account relationships
  • Prepare regular performance and competition analysis reports
  • Achieve set sales targets and assist in meeting strategic business goals
  1. Financial Excellence
  • Grow revenue and product portfolio in line with strategic goals
  • Build business cases with strong internal justifications
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
  • Deliver consistent revenue aligned with individual and company targets
  1. Customer Excellence
  • Maintain sales forecasts and report regularly to senior leadership
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure seamless coordination internally
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience across all touchpoints
  1. People Excellence
  • Develop internal relationships with decision-makers
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and multitask effectively
  • Recommend strategies to enhance team performance
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and training
  1. Process Excellence
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards
  • Clearly communicate company offerings to partners
  • Monitor performance through scorecards and analysis
  • Enforce and improve SLAs, ensuring timeliness and efficiency in partner management

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 5–8 years of experience in AI, IT, or Telecom sales
  • At least 3 years in Indirect/Channel Partner management
  • Strong channel and partner management expertise
  • Proven sales, cross-selling, and upselling abilities
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-starter mentality
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and time management capabilities
  • High-level understanding of telecommunications products/services
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
