IT Business Partner

This position serves as a strategic bridge between IT and business operations, ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. The role involves analysing business needs, prioritising IT initiatives based on value and risk, and managing stakeholder relationships. It requires leading or coordinating IT projects, supporting service growth, and navigating cross-functional dynamics with professionalism and tact.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main IT liaison for designated business units, translating their operational requirements into practical IT solutions.

• Evaluate and prioritise IT initiatives by assessing business impact, feasibility, and potential risks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent engagement and visibility.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of business stakeholders, adapting communication and approach as needed.

• Contribute to the development of a scalable and robust IT service framework.

• Address and resolve conflicts with professionalism and confidence.

• Oversee or support the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet timelines, scope, and strategic alignment through effective project management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role within a dynamic and complex organization.

• Strong interest in emerging technologies such as APIs, automation, and AI.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.

• Analytical and structured thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.

• Experience in leading or contributing to organizational change initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including data visualization.
