Funds Associate & Senior Associate

Associate & Senior Associate Funds Associate (3+PQE) - Dubai Our client, a Magic circle Law firm, is looking to hire an Associate to join their growing Investment Funds team in Dubai. The team, who work collaboratively with their London office, advise sponsors, managers, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and family offices on structuring and establishing investment funds.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️ Experience in Fund formation.
✔️ Experience in GP & LP funds.
✔️ Drafting and establishing documents.
✔️ 3+ PQE
✔️ Exposure to; co-investments, segregated managed accounts, joint ventures, M&A, segregated managed accounts and bespoke structures.
✔️ Open to regional and international candidates. Ideally from the UK, USA, Hong Kong and Singapore.
✔️ Strong academics and training from a leading international practice.
