Senior Legal Counsel- Projects

A leading multi-sector group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its well-established legal team. This senior role is suited to a commercially minded project and transactional lawyer with extensive experience in project development, M&A, and construction-related legal work. This role offers a key opportunity to drive strategic legal support for major developments.

Key Skills

• 10–12+ years’ legal experience, ideally with training from a leading international law firm and in-house experience in a global corporate environment.
• Strong legal capability across M&A, shareholder agreements, PPAs, EPCs, and related project finance documentation.
• Strong experience advising on greenfield and brownfield projects, including construction, operational contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in overseeing external legal advisors, reviewing complex agreements, and controlling legal budgets for high-value projects.
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate legal risk, manage disputes, and support governance structures within multinational operations.
