𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in capital markets, financial services regulations, and private funds.
• A deep understanding of Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations in Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Experience across ECM and DCM transactions will be beneficial.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills.
