Corporate Lawyer

We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience to join the Riyadh office of a prestigious international law firm. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

• Drafting and negotiating corporate documents such as shareholder agreements, SPAs and JV documents.

• Working closely with senior lawyers and clients across a diverse, international platform.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate transactions and regulatory matters.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
