NQ-2 PQE Corporate Lawyer

We are partnering with a a globally renowned Magic Circle law firm at the forefront of corporate law in the Middle East. They are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Associate, a the NQ–2 years’ PQE level to support their growing practice in Riyadh. *Please note that regional Saudization rules apply to this role*

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on high-profile cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate matters.

• Supporting senior team members on complex transactional work across the GCC and internationally.

• Building relationships with clients, including leading regional and international institutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

• NQ–2 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a leading international or Magic Circle firm.

• Strong academic background and commercial acumen.
