1-3 PQE Corporate Lawyer

We are working with a leading US law firm who are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its dynamic Riyadh office. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value cross-border transactions at one of the most prestigious international firms operating in the region. *Please note that regional Saudization rules apply to this role*

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A work, ideally from a top-tier international firm.

• Admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia and either New York or the UK is a requirement.

• You must hold (or currently be studying) an LLM from a leading US or UK university.

• Strong academic credentials and a commercial, client-focused approach.
