Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years PQE with a strong corporate commercial background

• Extensive experience advising on transactions in Saudi Arabia is essential

• Prior experience in a top-tier international or regional firm

• Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers

• Open to expat candidates with the right regional experience
