4-6 PQE Construction Disputes Lawyer

We are working with a leading US law firm who is seeking a talented Construction Disputes Associate with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex construction disputes and be able to navigate both local and international legal frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
  • LLM from a top university in the UK or US.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia and ideally, an additional jurisdiction (UK or New York preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi construction law and an understanding of international construction contracts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
