Senior Legal Counsel

We are working with a long standing client to find a Senior Legal Counsel for one of their subsidiaries based in Abu Dhabi. You will be joining a legal team of 4 and reporting to the General Counsel, working on a wide range of matters including commercial, procurement, governance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 9PQE
  • Common law qualified
  • Excellent drafting experience
  • A well rounded commercial lawyer with experience in commercial contracts, procurement, governance and compliance
  • Energy lawyers will also be considered, gas specifically would be ideal
