CRM Manager
Our client is a globally recognised shared services platform, operating in the 'shop and win', 'watch and win', and 'online shopping' sectors. They are seeking an intellectually curious CRM Manager to enhance marketing excellence with a focus on CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of excellent CRM strategies
- Identify opportunities to scale growth
- Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, troubleshoot data anomalies
- A/B test campaigns and test new product features introduced in the market
- Collaborate with content creation team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid marketing channels
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or similar field
- At least 4 years' experience in a CRM Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup
- In-depth understanding of CRM tactics and best practices
- Experience working with CRM tools, ideally Braze
