Finance Transformation Director

Finance Transformation Director opportunity with a well known real estate company.

• Collaborate with finance leadership to define and execute financial transformation strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement changes across finance processes, systems and operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the automation of finance processes across the organization, its subsidiaries and assets.
• Support the finance technology team in developing the overall financial systems landscape, system architecture and implementation roadmap.
• Support execution of the optimized future-state financial systems model and lead system transition initiatives.
• Perform fit-gap analyses of existing system functionalities, identify improvement areas and recommend action plans.
• Lead system enhancements and ad hoc initiatives related to compliance and governance.
