Initially focused on Finance and Accounting roles for major mining and oil and gas companies, she later specialised in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics and now her area of specialism includes commercial positions from mid-level to C-suite search assignments. Mina has led many sourcing assignments, has become affiliated with CIPS MENA and has a strong network in the UAE and NG market.
