Finance Manager

Oversee all accounting and finance activities, including AP, AR, general ledger and treasury
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial planning
Manage month-end and year-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, tax and regulatory requirements
Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and provide insights to management
Maintain robust internal controls, policies and financial procedures
Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with banks, auditors and advisors
Support senior management with commercial analysis and strategic decision-making
