Manager - Internal Audit Quality Assurance

We are supporting a one of the largest real estate organisations in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an Internal Audit Quality Assurance Manager to join its Internal Audit function.

This role will be responsible for supporting the quality, consistency and effectiveness of internal audit activities across the organisation, ensuring alignment with IIA standards, internal audit methodology, governance requirements and leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews across internal audit engagements and working papers
• Support the development and continuous improvement of Internal Audit policies, methodologies, manuals and templates
• Lead the QAIP plan and drive continous improvement
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, governance and risk management processes
• Support the annual internal quality assessment of the Internal Audit function
• Monitor adherence to audit standards, policies and procedures
• Support risk-based audit planning and the overall quality of audit deliverables
• Support digital, analytics and reporting initiatives within the Internal Audit function

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Internal Audit experience, including at least 2–3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls and quality assurance frameworks
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• CIA or audit quality related qualifications are strongly preferred
