Investment and MIS Assistant Manager
Located in King Abdullah Economic City, a PIF company is looking to hire an Investment and MIS Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be working on long-term projects, valuations, risk assessments, and financial planning.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and build financial models for medium- to long-term projects, including project-specific financial statements and presentations
- Apply valuation techniques such as DCF, IRR, NPV, and PBP, alongside sensitivity analysis and project debt structuring
- Assess and interpret feasibility risks for potential investments, ensuring full understanding of associated risk profiles
- Exposure to financial modeling and valuation for complex structures like Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Operator models, and Build-to-Suit scenarios
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and local real estate dynamics to deliver informed, data-driven insights
- Skilled in cash flow forecasting and financial modeling to support business planning and liquidity strategies
- Contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) through budgeting, forecasting, business plan modeling, and KPI tracking
- Experience preparing quarterly/monthly management accounts and conducting variance analysis (an added advantage)
- Strong familiarity with the real estate sector in KSA and GCC, across diverse asset classes including logistics, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure
