Senior Relationship Manager

We are currently supporting a leading Banking Group based in Dubai, who is seeking to hire a Senior Relationship Manager.

This is an origination-focused opportunity for an experienced corporate banker with a strong network across the UAE banking and corporate market, particularly within syndicated and bilateral lending.

Key Responsibilities:
• Originate new corporate and syndicated lending opportunities across the UAE market
• Develop and manage relationships with major corporates, financial institutions and syndicate banks
• Drive loan book growth while maintaining strong credit quality and profitability
• Assess new financing opportunities and prepare comprehensive credit proposals
• Structure and execute corporate and project finance transactions
• Manage transactions through internal credit approval, documentation and funding processes
• Conduct credit analysis, due diligence and ongoing monitoring of existing facilities
• Identify emerging credit risks and support appropriate remediation strategies

Requirements:
• Approximately 8+ years’ experience within corporate banking, syndicated lending and/or bilateral lending
• Strong experience across origination, credit analysis, documentation and relationship management
• Established network across UAE corporates and/or syndicate banks
• Good understanding of the UAE banking environment and relevant regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Mandarin language skills and/or CA/CPA qualifications would be advantageous
