Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Management Manager role is to guide the analysis of investment portfolio and provide recommendations to enhance the overall performance of investment portfolio. The ideal candidate is a senior real estate investment and capital structuring professional with a proven track record of creating, structuring, fundraising for and closing investment funds and financing vehicles in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of establishing and closing at least 2 investment funds/vehicles.
• Strong experience across multiple structures, including REITs, SPVs/JVs, development funds, private/public funds, Murabaha, Ijara, Istisna'a, mezzanine/preferred equity, Sukuk, forward funding/purchase, sale & leaseback, build-to-suit and BOT/concession structures.
• Experience on both sides of the table:
• CMA-licensed asset manager, investment bank, financial institution or capital markets firm; and
• Advisory experience with real estate owners/developers at a Big Four, international real estate advisor or capital advisory firm.
• Strong, active relationships with Saudi banks, CMA-licensed fund managers, family offices, insurers, endowments and government funds.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Saudi CMA regulations, 2026 simplified investment fund instructions, Wafi/escrow requirements, real estate transaction tax and valuation practices.
• Strong origination, negotiation, fundraising and transaction execution capabilities.
