Senior Manager Compliance

We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation based in Dubai to appoint a Senior Manager Compliance. This is a confidential search for an experienced compliance leader to oversee the UAE compliance framework, support regulatory licensing initiatives, and strengthen governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance framework and regulatory oversight.
• Support licensing and regulatory engagement.
• Oversee AML/CFT, financial crime and transaction monitoring.
• Develop compliance policies and monitoring programmes.
• Manage regulatory reporting and compliance training.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Risk, Legal and Operations.
• Deputise for the Head of Compliance when required.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years' compliance experience within financial services in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DFSA/SCA regulations.
• ICA, ACAMS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
