Finance Manager

We are currently supporting a leading governemnt-backed fund entity based in Abu Dhabi, who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager.

This is a broad and hands-on finance leadership role, suited to someone with strong experience across financial reporting, treasury, budgeting & forecasting, financial controls and investment/portfolio-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core accounting activities, financial controls and month/year-end reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation and its portfolio
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships and liquidity requirements
• Support investment valuations, impairment assessments and portfolio company reporting
• Ensure compliance across VAT, corporate tax, accounting standards and internal policies
• Strengthen financial processes, systems, controls and management reporting across the group

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within an investment, holding company or similar environment
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or CMA is highly advantageous
• Strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and investment accounting
• Previous team management experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
