Chief Finance Officer

We are currently supporting a leading international brokerge entity based in Dubai, seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer.

A high-growth international brokerage and proprietary trading business is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its global finance function.

The CFO will work closely with the executive leadership team and oversee financial strategy, treasury, payments, international structuring, tax, reporting and governance across a multi-jurisdictional business. The role requires strong experience within CFD brokerage, proprietary/funded trading or online trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, multi-currency cash flows, payments and banking relationships across international entities.
• Provide financial oversight across CFD brokerage and proprietary trading operations, including trading-related revenues, costs and financial exposures.
• Manage international entity structuring, tax planning, transfer pricing and cross-border funding arrangements.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, audit, internal controls and financial governance.
• Strengthen finance processes, systems and reporting to support continued international growth.
• Lead and develop international teams across Finance, Treasury, Payments and Audit.

Candidate Profile

• 10–15+ years of finance experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience within CFD brokerage, proprietary trading, funded trading, online brokerage or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of treasury, liquidity, payments, FX exposure and high-volume international fund flows.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, financial reporting, audit and governance.
• Experience building and leading multicultural, geographically dispersed finance teams.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
