Senior Associate Corporate Reporting (UAEN)

I’m currently working on a UAE National hiring mandate for a leading investment firm in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a Senior Associate within Corporate Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning
• Prepare variance analysis and provide financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Review journals, reconciliations and financial reporting outputs
• Support the governance of outsourced accounting operations
• Perform financial controls and system access reviews
• Support reporting system enhancements and process improvements
• Prepare reporting packs and ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Requirements:

• UAE National – mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in management reporting, budgeting, accounting or financial control
• Big 4 experience is a must
• Strong management reporting and financial analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle EPM is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or CA is preferred
