Head of Markets Solutions

I am currently working with a leading investment organisation in Abu Dhabi to identify a Head of Markets Solutions. This is a great opportunity for a senior markets professional with international banking experience who is looking to make the move to the buy side.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop investment strategies across FX, interest rates, commodities and equities.

• Identify market opportunities and translate macroeconomic views into investment solutions.

• Lead derivatives, structuring and hedging strategies.

• Work closely with investment teams on portfolio positioning and risk management.

• Provide market insights to support investment decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in global markets, with international banking experience essential.

• Strong background in cross-asset markets, including FX, rates, commodities or equities.

• Experience in derivatives, structuring, macro strategy or cross-asset solutions.

• Strong understanding of global markets and macroeconomic trends.

• Experience working with institutional clients and developing investment or hedging solutions.

• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
