Senior Associate Investment Operations

I’m currently working on a Senior Associate, Investment Operations opportunity with a leading investment firm in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for an experienced investment operations professional with strong public markets and middle office experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and ensuring accurate positions, trades and cash
• Supporting fixed income, equities and derivatives operations
• Portfolio performance measurement and analytics
• Investment compliance monitoring and resolving breaches
• Supporting new product onboarding and operational readiness
• Managing market infrastructure, counterparties and settlement workflows
• Overseeing security master, reference data and market data
• Working closely with Investment, Technology, Accounting and external providers
• Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• At least 10 years’ experience in investment operations, middle office or a related investment function
• Strong experience within an asset manager, investment firm or financial institution
• Strong understanding of the public markets trade lifecycle
• Experience across fixed income, equities and derivatives
• Good understanding of IBOR, performance and investment compliance
• Experience with market data and reference data
• Aladdin experience is highly desirable, with eFront exposure an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
