Director Operations

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on banking operations professional who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business and transaction flows.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Oversee middle-office and operational activities across corporate lending, project finance, treasury and equity investments.

• Review and approve transactions, ensuring accurate processing, documentation and settlement.

• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and operational procedures.

• Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop a team while working closely with business and finance stakeholders.
