Senior Manager Conduct Risk

Senior Manager Conduct Risk I’m working with a leading financial services organisation in Dubai that is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Conduct Risk. This role focuses on conduct, client and market risk across financial services businesses. You’ll work with senior management, Boards, regulators and other key stakeholders, as well as support regulatory and policy work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess conduct and client risks.
• Carry out risk assessments and thematic reviews.
• Work with senior management to identify and address risks.
• Review market and firm-specific information to identify emerging risks.
• Recommend and follow up on risk mitigation actions.
• Provide guidance on financial services regulation and conduct risk.
• Support regulatory policy and risk projects.
• Engage with regulators and senior industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in regulatory, compliance or risk management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and conduct risk.
• Experience working with regulators, Boards and senior executives.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in risk assessments, reviews or regulatory/policy work.
• Relevant degree; CFA, FRM, PRM or CA would be a plus.
