Personal Assistant

A well established Qatari business is seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide day-to-day support to senior level staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders across the business.

  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas to a professional standard.

  • Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Screen and manage email and telephone communications, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation.

  • Organise and support internal meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, project support, and department coordination as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.

  • Experience supporting senior executives or partners in a professional services or financial services environment is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Professional, calm, and adaptable approach with a strong sense of discretion.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
