Personal Assistant
A well established Qatari business is seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide day-to-day support to senior level staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders across the business.

Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas to a professional standard.

Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

Screen and manage email and telephone communications, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation.

Organise and support internal meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Assist with ad hoc tasks, project support, and department coordination as required.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.

Experience supporting senior executives or partners in a professional services or financial services environment is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
-
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
-
Professional, calm, and adaptable approach with a strong sense of discretion.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
