VP Enterprise Risk

I'm currently looking for a senior Enterprise Risk Management professional to join a leading company based in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can lead the ERM strategy, work closely with executive leadership and strengthen risk management across a large, complex organisation.

Key Requirements:

• 18+ years of professional experience, including at least 12 years of international experience.

• Strong experience developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks.

• Experience implementing ERM within leading heaving industry companies.

• Proven track record in enterprise-wide risk assessments, risk appetite, risk reporting and governance.

• Experience advising executive leadership on business strategy, investments and risk-related decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science or a related field.

• Master's degree in Risk Management or an MBA preferred.
