HR and Emiratization Executive - UAE National

We are currently working with a leading international retail group to hire an HR and Emiratization Executive on a 1 year contract. This is an onsite role with field visits. Location: Dubai, UAE Contract: 1 year Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 + Nafis This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Support Emiratization initiatives, with a focus on engaging and building relationships with UAE National employees across retail locations.
• Act as a key point of contact for UAE National employees, supporting their engagement, development and retention.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, including offer letters, onboarding, probation confirmations, employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives and coordination with relevant government entities.
• Assist with Nafis and other Emiratization-related processes.
• Visit locations across the UAE to connect with employees and support people-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Some experience in HR or administration; internships and entry-level HR experience will also be considered.
• Exposure to Emiratization, employee engagement or retail operations would be an advantage.
• A degree is not essential for candidates with relevant experience.
• Comfortable travelling across the UAE and working flexibly around retail operating hours.
• Mature, reliable and accountable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in people, inclusivity and developing a career in HR.
