We are currently hiring an Associate Director – Human Capital for a leading Semi Government Holding Group in Dubai This is a senior HR leadership opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who can operate as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness and transformation across a diverse, growing business. Please note this role requires a UAE National Family Book****

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design and operating model effectiveness across multiple business units.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
  • Lead performance management, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive culture, change and transformation programmes, including restructuring and organisational transformation.
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations, governance, compliance and HR risk.
  • Use workforce analytics and people insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development.
  • Lead, coach and develop the HRBP team, building a high-performing HR function.

Requirements

  • UAE National with a family book.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 3–5+ years in a strategic HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior/executive leadership and influencing business decisions through HR strategy.
  • Strong experience across workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, employee relations and transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a complex, fast-paced environment.
