HRBP - Emiratization (UAE National)

We are currently working with an International Construction brand who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to take ownership of the HRBP and employee experience side of Emiratisation across the UAE. Based in Dubai, this is a fully onsite role working 5 days a week. The role requires a UAE National Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRBP relationship for UAE National employees, supporting performance, engagement, development, retention and employee relations.
• Develop and deliver Emiratisation initiatives, working closely with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage the UAE National employee lifecycle from onboarding and probation through to development and retention.
• Lead Emiratisation engagement, employer branding and networking initiatives, including career fairs and university partnerships.
• Build relationships with relevant government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Monitor Emiratisation metrics and support reporting, compliance and governance.
• Regularly engage with UAE National employees and line managers across offices and project sites.
• Provide broader HRBP support to a designated population of non-UAE National employees and support wider HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

• UAE National Family Book
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, ideally across HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Proven experience supporting Emiratisation initiatives within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation requirements.
• Experience working with UAE National employees across onboarding, development, engagement and retention.
• Exposure to government entities and relevant UAE employment authorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the maturity to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
