Onboarding Manager & Specialist - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

We're currently supporting a leading global organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector with the search for two onboarding professionals to join their People team.

1. Onboarding Specialist

This role is focused purely on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for high volumes of new hires. You'll coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring employees are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and on time while working closely with internal stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has managed onboarding at scale within fast-paced organisations, rather than a general HR administrator. Experience in businesses with significant hiring volumes such as technology, logistics, e-commerce, mobility, manufacturing or similar environments is highly preferred.

We're looking for someone with:

• Dedicated onboarding experience within a high-volume organisation.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
• A process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.

2. Onboarding Manager

12-month contract

We're also seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding function and oversee a team of 5–6 onboarding specialists.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the onboarding process across the business, driving operational excellence, managing workloads and acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders. While the current requirement is to lead the existing team, there is also the opportunity to support wider onboarding and transformation projects.

This is initially a one-year contract, with the potential for extension depending on business requirements.

• Previous experience leading an onboarding or employee experience team.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering onboarding at scale within a large, fast-paced organisation.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes and manage operational priorities.
